I lead applied-AI delivery at HawkEyes Digital Monitoring Ltd. (Dhaka, Bangladesh), building production AI across retail-execution, manufacturing, and surveillance. Our flagship computer-vision platform serves 2M+ retail outlets at ~99% accuracy for enterprise clients (BAT, Unilever, Nagad), and I maintain 50+ personal and 11+ organizational model repos here on the Hub — spanning computer vision, low-resource Bangla speech/OCR, and RAG/agent tooling.

Most production models live under the HawkEyesAI organization; this personal namespace hosts experiments, fine-tunes, and standalone releases.

• 🗣️ Bangla speech (TTS/OCR) — fine-tuned Coqui VITS checkpoints for a custom Bangladeshi-accent Bangla TTS (grapheme-based frontend), plus low-resource Bangla OCR/ICR models.
• 🤖 RAG & agentic LLM components — embedding/retrieval configs and reference pipelines behind production Planner→Executor→Critic RAG systems (MongoDB Atlas Vector Search, FAISS).
• 🪪 Biometric & identity models — face-embedding models supporting NID/KYC-style verification.

Currently building

A custom Bangladeshi-accent Bangla TTS model (VITS + grapheme text frontend) to power production AI voice agents for inbound/outbound call automation — hospital appointment scheduling, sales, and support. Follow progress in HawkEyesAI/VITS-FineTune.
